Mrs Grazen offers a next-level grazing experience.
"You don't need a silver fork to eat good food." - Paul Prudhomme
To graze….
What does that word suggest to you? For us it’s images of long lazy meals with friends and family, grazing platters of delectable finger food, prepared with great care and simply enjoyed. It’s food that reaches every one of our senses - the sounds of preparing grazing platters presented like a work of art with the divine aroma of one dish complimenting another, eaten without cutlery to feel the texture on our fingers before the food even enters our mouth and then the taste…. Oh my, and then the taste!
"One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well." -Virginia Woolf
Why graze?
Whether you’re a foodie or an entertainer, a matriarch or a CEO wanting to thank your clients, a bride planning your wedding or an old friend organising a school reunion…. grazing is the no-fuss way to go. The simplicity of a grazing table, of sharing a beautiful culinary experience with others, is the most relaxed and exquisite way to dine. It allows guests the freedom to eat when they want and what they want.
"The only time to eat diet food is while you're waiting for the steak to cook." - Julia Child
What to graze?
A grazing platter, table or box is a very personal choice. We each have our own tastes, there are foods we love and foods we don't. Take Uncle George for example, he’ll eat anything and everything (table included, given half the chance!) and then there's Nana, who nibbles, sparrow-like and only touches the food she recognises. A perfect platter is bespoke, artisanal and created to suit your needs - with meats and seafood, veggies and salads, cheeses, crackers and bread, chocolates and desserts. The tastiest ones are filled with local produce - straight from the farm to your plate. What's more, there are platters for every meal – for breakfast and morning tea, for lunch and dinner with a little leftover for supper. Dishes are crafted with great love and care by experienced chefs and bakers - with no scrimping and minimal food wastage.
A gourmet grazing platter really isn't just unique, it's so much more. It’s a collection of casual, yet sophisticated and sumptuous moments, created for everyone to enjoy.
