Orders minimum of $80. Delivery fee applies. All items are inclusive of GST and are offered subject to availability.

Order Confirmation

Orders are not confirmed until you have been contacted by one of our MRS Grazen Catering Team to advise you that we are able to fulfil the order as you have requested. Orders online are subject to our availability and capacity.

48 Hours Required Notice for Orders

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to be certain that we can provide all of the items that you require. Some of our products require more than 1 day for preparation.

Order Cut Off Times for Delivery Days

Order by 1400 Monday for delivery on Wednesday
Order by 1400 Tuesday for delivery on Thursday
Order by 1400 Wednesday for delivery on Friday
Order by 1400 Thursday for delivery on Saturday
Order by 1400 Friday for delivery on Monday
Order by 1400 Saturday for delivery on Tuesday

Next Day or Last Minute Orders

If you require an order to be delivered sooner than 48 hours please contact our Customer Service Team on 073812 0594 or our after hours 0420 494 838 to discuss with our team which items can be made available and how we can assist you. We will always make every effort to assist you with your event.

Changes to Orders

To make a change to your order, whether it is to accommodate more or fewer guests, or to change food items please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as you can. We need as much notice as possible. Orders that are changed at last minute will be accommodated to the best of our ability, however some aspects of an order may not be able to be varied if notice is given less than
48 hours prior to expected delivery.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders can be cancelled until 5 business days prior to delivery without penalty. Any cancellations after this time are subject to MRS Grazen discretion. It may not be possible to refund all or even part of an order that is cancelled after this time due to ordering and preparation lead times. Please contact us as soon as you suspect you might need to cancel.
Orders cancelled within 24hrs of the delivery will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Dietary Restrictions

Whilst every care is taken with all dietary requirements there may still be a risk of cross-contamination during the manufacturing processes within our supplier facilities and therefore we recommend guests with high allergies do not consume catered food.

Packaging

We provide all food in eco friendly disposable packaging unless otherwise arranged.

Deliveries

We deliver within a 50km radius from our Commercial premises located in Eastern Heights 4305. A delivery fee is automatically calculated at the time of check out.

MRS Grazen outsources delivery of orders to third party couriers. Delivery available 6 days (Monday - Saturday).
Sunday and Public Holiday catering is available (minimum spend & surcharge applies). Contact our Customer Service Team to discuss.
